Steve Kiser has over 40 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney. He began his career at a boutique firm in Los Angeles, representing clients from the entertainment business, professional athletes and high net worth individuals in real estate and business transactions and litigation. He moved to Newport Beach in 1983 to serve as Vice President and General Counsel for a multifamily housing investment and management company with properties in the western United States. He has served his community as Chairman of the Newport Beach Planning Commission. He is licensed to practice law in California and Tennessee, and is a member of the Real Property Law and Business Law sections of the California Lawyers Association.
